why, hello avid readers...

ok i haven't been posting cuz i've been having a really good week, which i am determined on having, to make up the shitty week i had last week. monday was awesome. i had like NO free time. which is a good thing of course. after theory i sat in not one, but two actual MT sessions! my friend, Cristelle, is a masters of music therapy student, and it was her and her partner, or classmate's last session with their clients. so i got to sit in both of them. very very cool. the first client was a little autistic boy. and the second client was a 6 yr old boy who had speech impairments. the approach to each client was really different, but overall i though the 6 yr old was easier, just because he would respond and understand what Christy (Christelle's partner) was saying, whereas, with the autistic boy, you don't always know if he understood you. after the second session, i was just chillin with Cristelle, and happened to pass by the music corner in the dining hall, and Katie asked if i was ready for the rehersal. so i was like "..what rehersal?!" well... apparently, the orchestra is playing in the new music concert....tonight!! and rehersal was in 8 minutes. ha so i ran home (well, actually, Warren saw me in the dining hall, so we power walked home together, he lives super close to me) got my instrument and ran back to rehersal. i was maybe like 5 minutes late. anyway... so yeah... we're playing like 4 or 5 student composer pieces, and there's two that i really like. but what sucks is that i had to cancel my awesome plans with Andrew AND i have to miss American Idol tonight. ARGH. so pissed off at that. oh well. my bet is Mikalah leaving. she sucked last night. didn't like her from the start, so yea... i hope she's out finally.

anyway, yesteray's noon hour concert was frickin awesome! Jeremy was soooooo damn good. he started like dancing! hahaha! i'm starting to really like baroque music. and before the noon concert i was in the dining hall and Julie Baumgartle came up to me and said hi! i've had lessons with her twice, but didn't think she would remember me. so that was fun. :D and the baroque masterclass led my Jeanne Lamonne was awesome as well. haha Vandenberg was in our masterclass!! hee hee hee! he's such a nurd. but anyway, Jeanne was awesome, she really knows her stuff. i wish i had money to buy a baroque bow now. but bows are so damn pricey. bah. i bet Trevor (Jeremy's friend, the bowmaker) sells them for a lot. trevor's a cool guy. he makes really good bows. anyway...

oh yea... Adam Riggs deleted that review of the Bach concert on his blog. hahaha loser. and then he wrote an apolgy post to us. ha. good. oh, and on a sidenote, i hate messy roommates. like...fuck! clean up after yourself, goddammit!!! and pay me back!!!

anyhow... ok i'm done.
