yiay for school on easter monday.
bah.
well... in all honesty, i dont really mind. shortened weeks mess up my head. like on thursday, i thought it was friday. and on friday i thought it was saturday.
my weekend wasn't too bad either, considering.... y'know. anyway... my mom, my brother and i drove to niagra falls to go shopping. that place sucked though, and i didn't get anything. and the we drove to mississauga to go to this other outlet place, and it was HUGE, but by that time my head was hurting, so i wasn't really in the mood. but anyway... we went to dinner at this japanese/ korean place. it was yummay.
last night after my mom drove me back, we went out for coffee and had this long talk. it was actually pretty good. y'know. i told her i wanna get a piercing on my ear and she said it was cool, cuz it's not on my face. and then i told her im not planning to get anything on my face anymore, because i had a feeling jeremy didn't like it either. and i don't want jeremy kicking me out of school. so yeah! now i'm excited cuz i'm gonna get an industrial! yaaaaayyyyy!! :D hahaha i told carmen, and she's like "i don't think that's exactly what she had in mind..." hahaha but oh well! whatevs.
anywhoo... umm... i think i'm sick. bah. i always get sick before exams. it really sucks. bah!
and i have to play in the chapel for skills on wednesday. bah. now i have another reason to practise hardcore. i mean....... whoo hoo, what an opportunity!
yiay i'm starting work at the recital hall tomorrow! i'm excited! and interview for the bookstore tomorrow as well! whoo hoo! but the girl from college pro painters hasn't emailed me back for an interview yet though... hmmmmm.... and i want that job pretty bad too. i miss painting.... mmm... paint fumes. lovely. heheheh
***
i found this pic of Apocalyptica a couple days ago on their website. it's SO FUCKING ORGASMIC. seriously. omg. mmmmmmmmmmmlllllleeeuuuughhhhaaaaaa!!! lol oh man.... and them playing Nothing Else Matters (aka the hot Joni Glidden song).... oh man.... seriously. i think i would die, and go to cello heaven. how can anyone be that hot?? is that even possible? omg.... mmmmmmm... well, apparently it is.
i swear to god... i'm gonna marry a cellist one day. or date one. or have sex with one. i'll settle with that. oh man.... i cannot even describe the extent of their hotness. see for yourselves.

WHOA... omg.... miracle boy was in the bottom three today. it scared me sooooo much. i was in the living room by myself, literally yelling at the tv. oh man..... him in the bottom three is SO not cool. but he was the first one to go back, so that was better. anyway, i was right, and mikalah is out. about damn time! *rolls eyes*
ok, so new music concert review. it's not gonna be that long because ... it will take me forever if i went through every piece. the actual concert was close to 4 hours. yes... 4. and i did indeed stay for the whole concert. paahh... anywhoo *pulls out program*
okay... so the first two pieces were by kevin saltarelli and kyle brenders, played by none other than the WLU symphony orchestra. both of them went really well, although cheryl kinda lost her place in 7:5:3 (kevin's piece). and kevin's piece was also the more popular one. i personally loved playing it. i really do enjoy kevin's compositions a lot. he is very talented indeed. i asked kevin, after the concert, if he was going to write anymore pieces for symphony, and he said probably not cuz it takes too long, and it's not good to work on a piece for too long, cuz you get too used to it. i totally understand. i composed tihs piece during reading week, took me like three days, but i was already kinda bored of it. anyway, kyle's piece went really well too, much better than rehersal, i thought. good balance of sound and all that jazz.
skip forward 4 compositions (which were all good, in varying degrees) to mr. glenn james' piece. by far one of my favourites in the entire concert. played by jen brimson, becky, melissa, joni glidden and matt waldon on piano. oh man... this piece blew my mind! it was fuckin amazzzing. just how each of the instruments worked with each other, and the piano. the performance was awesome as well, as expected each time melissa and joni are playing. (by the way, i feel the need to mention, joni was SMOKIN' HOT in his leather attire. OMG. sooooooo hot!) becky and others are super good musicians as well, don't get me wrong, but i don't often hear them, since they're winds... soo....yeah.
paul pulford and nick storring's improv piece was definately interesting. nick is a genius with his computer, i swear. it's hard to explain what was going on, becuase i don't really know nick did, but paul's cello was plugged into an amp and nick's computer at the same time, and it was just a lot of digital sounds and stuff. you had to be there.
ok... D-Wight's piece was also another one of my favourite. it was a percussion composition, performed by the percussion ensemble. olaf later told me, at Duke's, that they messed up and lori wasn't even ready but didn't say anything. but honestly, it sounded so good to me. eric woolston ROCKS at that tom toms, or whatever he was playing.
another one of kevin's pieces, titled I Wonder If You'll Smile was really interesting. it was performed by him and brandon, on the snare. and kevin (who used to bake) had this huge lump of dough and was kneading it on a table, while him and brandon took turns narrating. it was.... kinda weird. i'm sure there's a deeper meaning to that, but i didn't really know what it was. but i could tell kevin's really good at kneading dough. :D i'm gona make him bake me bread one day. haha! (seriously... he used work at the huether, baking stuff).
Funeral Blues, written by cynthia johnston (whom i don't know), and played by olaf and pete lamont. that piece started off really well, with pete on the tubular bell (church bells), and then olaf came in, first really slow. when they got to the fast part, they kinda messed up a bit, and it was obvious pete was trying to follow olaf, and olaf was just goin away with it. it was good though, for real. a nice, different sound. i like vibraphones a lot.
Chris Reich's percussion piece ROCKED. oh man.. i LOVE percussion performances. this was awesome. wood blocks, heather on marimba (although she didn't play often), cute mike on bongos (i don't know his last name, sorry. haha i met him at Duke's last time), and this other person, whom i don't know playing a nail. yeah mian.. it was coool. i highly enjoyed listening to that.
okay... Perception, by sally norris was another one of my fav's played by strings. amy, justin, liz, laura and andrea stuart. okay what was realllllly cool about it was that everyone except justin was sitting in a circle, like how you would expect them to. but justin was wayyy up in the stands. and there was no melody to tihs piece, just long long notes, mostly dissonant chords, all the way through. but the first note "supposedly" played by liz, but ACTUALLY played by justin. liz was moving her bow. but yea, mian, it was cool. sometimes i actually wouldn't know who was playing and who was pretending. but i could tell most of the time. it was long, and continuous legato sound, but it was soooo cool.
olaf's string quartet piece was pretty cool too. melissa, james, adam riggs and robin (viola). it wasn't a very melodic piece, but it was played really well. the BEST part of this performance was james' jeremy bell cues. hahaha!! you know how jeremy cues with his butt, and it's soooo dramatic? haha! yea, james was kinda doing that. and he was also clearly conducting with his violin. it was awesome, i applaude him for that. hahaha it seriously made me chuckle inside.
Ruth's and Colin's brass quintets were meeehhh...
i mean, they were good compositions, but i think being a string person, iiiiii dunno. they had good sound most of the time, but like, for trumpet, personally, i like really piercing trumpet sounds, and i didn't think cam and ian did that. good playing though! and honestly, by that time, my mind was just sooo tired from sitting through like over 3 hours of music. paahhh... i couldn't really concentrate on the details. and the majority of the audience left as well. after the second intermission, it felt as if everyone left, and only actualy student stayed to watch. well... there were some real audience, but a lot less.
yea....... anyways.... there was one more piece, but i honestly don't even remember much of that one. i was sooo tired by that time.
holy shit... this review is long. believe me... the concert was even longer. pahhh... anyways... before the concert, me, laura, andres, lorna and lucas were talking about apocalyptica and hot cellists. and lorna was telling us how one of them kept looking at her when she went to their concert and went to her right when they finished playing. and we were like "lorna! you should've went for him! screw the bf! take the hot cellist!!" and lorna was like "nooo! i have a bf!" and then lucas was like "damn... if a girl on stage playing the cello kept looking at me, i'd go for her for sure" hahaha omg... apparently, apocalyptica came to toronto recently. i don't really remember what andres said. but yeah.... OMG!!! i wanna see them sooooo bad. ahhhh... ok i am starting to really obsess with them. oh man.... celllooooossss..... are soooooooo seeeexxxxxyyyyyyy..... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm........ *listening to apocalyptica's master of puppets* mmmmmmmllllahhhhhahahahhhhh haop haop haop!!
ok i'm gonna go before i start drooling and orgasming all over my laptop and break it.

olaf just drove me home! yaaayyyyy i love olaf, he's the best. well, him and joni glidden are the best. hahaha
okay so i just came back from Duke's, and like all music parties, this was AWESOMMMMMEEEE!! so much fun! olaf drove me there cuz i didn't wanna walk by myself. so yeah... it was cool. hung out with lots of people, and met some new people too. i always meet new people at music parties, it's great! i met this guy named mike, who plays (not kidding) harpsichord. he played at my masterclass yesterday. but yeah... i call him andrew now because he looks like an andrew and not a mike.
anywhoo... joni and i had great convos. hahaha well, he asked me about my labret piercing, and i told him why i had to take it out, but i told him also of my cunning plan, and he was like "mandy!" cuz he wasn't expecting anyone to do that, above all, not me. haha it was great. yay joni! anywhoo... it was too bad i didn't bring my camera... there were some pretty damn good kodak moments. anyway... joni left before me, and i was like "joni, you're leaving and not giving me a hug?! what the hell??!!" so he like "oh i'm sorry!!" so he kissed me and gave me a big hug to make up for it. hahaha awww... oh and he's now my official security. so if anyone messes with me, all i have to say is "joni glidden!" and they'll be so scared. lol and then joni will come over, raise an eyebrow, and the bad guy will leave. lol! good times.... fo sho. lorrina and i had some trippy convos too, about what kinds of music we like. and then she told me that shes starting to like oboe, and then started telling me about middle eastern music. it was... educational. hee hee! then olaf drove me, kevin, and justin home. yiay!
anyway... all in all, a great night. concert review to come tomorrow.... when i'm more focused and well rested.

why, hello avid readers...
ok i haven't been posting cuz i've been having a really good week, which i am determined on having, to make up the shitty week i had last week. monday was awesome. i had like NO free time. which is a good thing of course. after theory i sat in not one, but two actual MT sessions! my friend, Cristelle, is a masters of music therapy student, and it was her and her partner, or classmate's last session with their clients. so i got to sit in both of them. very very cool. the first client was a little autistic boy. and the second client was a 6 yr old boy who had speech impairments. the approach to each client was really different, but overall i though the 6 yr old was easier, just because he would respond and understand what Christy (Christelle's partner) was saying, whereas, with the autistic boy, you don't always know if he understood you. after the second session, i was just chillin with Cristelle, and happened to pass by the music corner in the dining hall, and Katie asked if i was ready for the rehersal. so i was like "..what rehersal?!" well... apparently, the orchestra is playing in the new music concert....tonight!! and rehersal was in 8 minutes. ha so i ran home (well, actually, Warren saw me in the dining hall, so we power walked home together, he lives super close to me) got my instrument and ran back to rehersal. i was maybe like 5 minutes late. anyway... so yeah... we're playing like 4 or 5 student composer pieces, and there's two that i really like. but what sucks is that i had to cancel my awesome plans with Andrew AND i have to miss American Idol tonight. ARGH. so pissed off at that. oh well. my bet is Mikalah leaving. she sucked last night. didn't like her from the start, so yea... i hope she's out finally.
anyway, yesteray's noon hour concert was frickin awesome! Jeremy was soooooo damn good. he started like dancing! hahaha! i'm starting to really like baroque music. and before the noon concert i was in the dining hall and Julie Baumgartle came up to me and said hi! i've had lessons with her twice, but didn't think she would remember me. so that was fun. :D and the baroque masterclass led my Jeanne Lamonne was awesome as well. haha Vandenberg was in our masterclass!! hee hee hee! he's such a nurd. but anyway, Jeanne was awesome, she really knows her stuff. i wish i had money to buy a baroque bow now. but bows are so damn pricey. bah. i bet Trevor (Jeremy's friend, the bowmaker) sells them for a lot. trevor's a cool guy. he makes really good bows. anyway...
oh yea... Adam Riggs deleted that review of the Bach concert on his blog. hahaha loser. and then he wrote an apolgy post to us. ha. good. oh, and on a sidenote, i hate messy roommates. like...fuck! clean up after yourself, goddammit!!! and pay me back!!!
anyhow... ok i'm done.

what a waste of a day.
training in the recital hall with lisa was fun. we saw flute chris. he was working in the TA for fashion n' motion.
i tried venting to anjoo last night, but it didn't really work because he got really trashed in his rez. thanks.
garreck sent me a lovely email in response to my deleted venting post on xanga. it was deep. wow... someone actually cared enough to spend time writing me something like that. garreck's awesome.
i hate living here. can't wait to move. one more month...
i broke our back door on friday night. whoops. i swear, it was an accident.
i applied to a summer house painting job yesterday. warren told me he did it before and it kinda sucked, but i applied anyway. i miss painting. even painting houses. i hope i get the job. it would be cool. then i would have two jobs (recital hall). and on top on that i would be doing two psych courses and practising. t'will be a work-filled summer. can't wait.
it's hard to believe there are only two weeks of school left. pretty much halfway through university. ugh.... i'm so pissed off that i'm not a better musician. i really wanna do quartetfest. and all these string people are talking about italy this summer. and justin even got to go last summer. how fun would it be to go to italy with PSQ and a bunch of friends, playing gigs and stuff? *sigh*... well, i shouldn't think of that now, and just concentrate on the jury.
anyway... im done for today. back to theory.

it's hard to believe there are only two weeks of school left. pretty much halfway through university. ugh.... i'm so pissed off that i'm not a better musician. i really wanna do quartetfest. and all these string people are talking about italy this summer. and justin even got to go last summer. how fun would it be to go to italy with PSQ and a bunch of friends, playing gigs and stuff? *sigh*... well, i shouldn't think of that now, and just concentrate on the jury.
anyway... im done for today. back to theory.

last night's party was fun! i'm definately staying sober in the next party though. that part wasn't so fun. i met some cool people, whom i probably won't see again. haha um... oh yeah...Anjoo didn't make it to the party. :( aww... oh well.
oh yea... Maryam: thanks for the talk again, helped so much :) i miss having heart to heart chats. with anyone. i'm glad it was with you though :)
anywhoo... Lisa actually emailed me about training. yiay! i'm training tomorrow! i'm so excited! im actually working at the MOFO! yiiiaaayyyyyy
omg... i was in the CAI lab like yesterday with James and he told me Adam Riggs has this blog in which he writes concert reviews. and he wrote about the Bach concert, and i read it and parts of it were soooooooo dry. like how he totally insulted Justin. ugh... i hate Adam. what an ass. he didn't write anything about me though, cuz apparently, near the end of the review he was tired and couldn't go into detail. but still... i was NOT impressed to be reading that. and in another entry he totally insulted Justin and James from that night at Duke's. wtf is his problem? ugh...
um... okay im talking to Anjoo now... and i can't think of anything else to write.

oh.my.god.
fuckit.
i hate when this happens.
i just got it. i'm such a loser.
argh.
okay whatever.
i'm done.
***
I still recall the taste of your tears.
Echoing your voice just like the ringing in my ears.
My favorite dreams of you still wash ashore.
Scraping through my head 'till I don't want to sleep anymore.
In this place it seems like such a shame.
Though it all looks different now,
I know it's still the same
Everywhere I look you're all I see.
Just a fading fucking reminder of who I used to be.
I just want something.
I just want something I can never have
I just want something I can never have

i was gonna post a picture of Miracle Boy, buuuut that took too long. so whatever.
i watched tonight's elimination, and after Anthony was given his result(Miracle Boy), the camera showed his family and friends, and what was interesting was that they're all blond! that is like, so cool. *grin*
anyway, speaking of Miracle Boy, in theory today, it was really boring and i was like falling asleep and Swinden woke me up with a question. :( i couldn't answer it, cuz i didn't even know what the hell the hybrid combination was. but i DID hear the piece being played. anyway.... Swinden was like "stay awake!" hahaha oops.
anyway... i went to the guitar concert this evening, and even though they played well, it was a boring concert. i fell asleep. and then i went home during intermission. argh. i wanted to listen to lucas too, but he was playing in the second half. ah well.
um... okay, anyway, so yesterday, when billy came over he returned my harry potter book (finally!), and i opened it, just absentmindedly, and i found this photo i apparently stuck in there when i loaned it to him, and i totally didn't even know. so now it's on my desk, and everytime i look over i see this damn picture, and it's like, fuck! what the hell is doing here?! argh... it's a pain in the ass, i tell ya. and it made me think too. it's actually kinda ironic, because the night before, frances and i had this little chat about stupid things coming back and getting over it. so it's kinda like..... i dunno.... ironic.
umm... anyway, i don't know what i'm talking about anymore, so i'm gonna go and look at more pictures of miracle boy, who looks like Swinden

warren and i had a long talk yesterday over dinner. he treated me too. i was soooo depressed yesterday. and my mom found out i haven't been taking my meds. and i told warren, and he got all serious and kept questioning me why, and i told him about my depressedness, and we had a long talk about that, and that i seriously don't even care anymore. but he made me promise that i start taking them again, so... yeah. and i cried. but yeah.... warren and i talked about my concert too, and i made him feel bad. well, he already felt bad, but i told him that i was really upset he didn't come, and he said he felt like shit now because he wasn't a good friend and he let me down and he knew how important that concert was to me. and he also felt bad becuase now our friendship is kinda messed up. i didn't say anything to that. he asked if i messed up because he wasn't there, and i said somewhat. and he replied with "omg..." anyway.... he apologized lots, and we got through dinner and i kept him company in the library while he did his econ paper with other people. i took out a book on Bartok, cuz i don't really know anything about him, so i decided to just read. it was really interesting. i will be obsessed with Bartok now for the next couple of days. (Bartok has a depressing life). anyways.... after the three hours in the library, i actually did feel better (thanks also to Yiew Wah)
american idol was somewhat of a letdown today. Anwar wasn't as good as i hoped he would be, along with other people. on the contrary, Scott Savol was actually not bd. Nikko was frickin awesome, i'm glad he's back. and Miracle Boy!!! i love my Anthony Fedorov. and Bo Bice! hee hee they were both awesome.
So apparently, we're having a party this friday! YIAY! oh man... i'm so excited!
story: i took my bunny outside today to get fresh air, cuz it wasn't as cold, but my bunny didn't like it too much, and she crawled back to me! my bunny came to me!!! omg, i'm finally loved by my bunny! *tear* i'm so happy!
Billy came to Loo today, cuz tomorrow is his birthday and he has no school today. so i got to see him for a bit. we hung out in the concourse with his friend, this girl who goes to wlu, and she knows warren too! oh, and a bunch of other people. but yeah.. it was fun. and then her friend from UW came over too, so it was cool, cuz i met people today. and that girl's friend (Sam) and i talked about the guitar concert tomorrow. hahaha! it was awesome! then i had to go to masterclass, which was pretty boring, but Jeremy let us out half an hour early. then Jon and Billy came over to my house and we ate dinner and watched american idol. it was exciting.
anyway, Logan just told me about a treasure hunt, and i wanna do it! whoever wants to do it, tell me, so we can go together! *grin*
i know what i'm playing for guitar class-- teen song and adult song. i'm still stuck on old people song and special occasion song. any suggestions?

i learned a lot today.
i learned that even supposedly good friends can decieve you. and make up dinners does not mean that i will forgive you. (you fuckin little ass wipe! you knew about this since january! arghhh!! what the hell?!?! argh. some friend you are.. argh! don't make up some dinky lie about getting so drunk and sleeping in til *hesitate* 4pm. i'm not that stupid.)
i learned that any amount of practising and good dress rehersals does not a good concert make. you will still fuck it up, and all your hard work will go down the drain and any hope of people thinking your somewhat of a decent player will instantly vanish.
i learned that no matter how good or bad i play, the parentals will effortlessly come up with criticism.
and last but not least, i learned that i do not enjoy performing solo Bach. i enjoy playing it, but not performing it.

yesterday was fun. after theory, i went shopping with warren and yiew wah. yaaayyyy i haven't hung out with warren in like two months. shoppping was fun. and then we bought groceries. sooo much groceries! yiay i have food! then we cabbed home, and i went to practise for an hour and half (which was pretty productive), then went back to warren's for dinner. we had steak and mashed potatos. yumm... and while we ate, we watched The Dreamers. hahaha warren and YW were so weirded out, and they didn't understand it either, so i had to explain it to them. haha.. and after the movie, we watched chinese soaps and ate cake. oooommmggg... we watched like 4 episodes of soaps! they were pretty good, i gotta admit. but once in a while i'd have to ask what was going on, cuz i didn't really understand what the characters were saying. and warren kept pointing out the girls he thought was cute. lol... geez. but then again... i did that for michael pitt when we watched the dreamers. lol. so we watched soaps til like 2am. lol... it was fun though. the three of us were talking about fobs again, and warren was like, isn't yiew wah a fob? and i was like, um.... well, she doesn't look like one, but she acts like one. and warrren's like "yeah! exactly!" and yw's just sitting there looking at us weird and saying how she doesn't act like a fob. hahah it was fun.
turret tonight with warren and... other people! lol.. i dunno who else is going. but yeah.. i've never been to the turret for clubbing. only for the plays and the music meeting last year. it better be fun. or else! hmm... thinking of calling heather for some plants...
and then Bach concert tomorrow! haha warren's coming! yiay! (i'm having a warren-filled weekend, to make up...lol) yiay i'm excited! i bought soooo much juice! argh... but tomorrow is gonna be fun!
bah.... anyways.... i'm outtie.
***
edit: yea, i'm not going to the turret anymore. argh... i hate it when people say they'll call and they don't. so fuck it. i don't want to be super tired and on a hangover tomorrow anyways.

ohhh my god... last night was fuckin awesome!!
percussion concert- WOW... it was soooooo damn good! the first piece, a trio consisting of olaf, brandon and eric- AMAZING (mmm...olaf.... so HHHHOT!). actually, all their pieces were awesome. the marimba duet was shaky at the end, but that was really it. the pieces of wood piece was really really good too. it made me think, cuz i was trying to distinguish each person playing seaparetly, and that was hard. the last piece was awesome too! and apparently, mike (one of the percusssionists i met last night, who was also reallllly cute) messed up his bongo solo for the last piece, but seriously, i didn't even know. it sounded that good. it started off kinda slow, u know... and then the tempo picked up and it was grooovy! lol
after the concert, i went with bethany, steeeeeeve, and shane to duke's, and it was super fun! i drank a full glass of beer! ohh yeeaa... actually, it wasn't that good, but whatever. umm... so yeah, i started talking to this mike dude (the cute one, cuz there are two percussion mikes), and he was really nice, but i was telling a story, and he was like "that story really sucked". :( so i'm like, okay, you tell a story! so he did, and it was actually good. dammit! hehe... and in the middle of his story, joni came over, so there was like this whole group of people listening to him tell his story. haha soo funny. and then i left my table and started talking to brandon, and he was like "i'm so glad you came to the concert! thank you!" but highlight of the night was when i went outside with dan, olaf, brandon, heather, lucas, and a whole group of other smoking people and just joked outside. well, dan and i were talking about something, i forgot, and then kyle or whoever didn't understand what we were saying so he thought i said something like fucking dan. and dan was like "mandy! i thought we weren't gonna tell anyone!" and i'm like "i didn't tell him, he guessed!!" lol soooo funny... and then i stood on the staires cuz i felt short, and dan was like, let me piggy back you, so i'm like, okay. so he did, and he's like, "damn, you're so light, i can excercise with you on my back!" so he started doing squats! omg... it was hilarrrrious! and then he put me down and olaf came over was like, let me try! so he piggy backed me, and i'm like "olaf, do squats!" lol so then he started doing squats, and heather was like, " oh, isn't that erotic?" and i'm like, "OH YEAHH! that's sooooo erotic!" and then olaf was "ohh yeeeaaa" LOL!! oh man.... sooo funny! and then i went back inside, and apparently bethany was trying to hook me up with mike, buuuut i didn't realize. oh well! and then me and joni had the most high conversation about where we lived. it went like "which subway station do u live at?" "oh, i live allll the way where mccowan station is." *joni thinks* "omg that's alllll the way east!" "YEAHH!! which subway stop are you?" "oh, i'm near bathurst, spadina" "ooohhhhh"
lol it was entertaining. and then i told joni how a drank a whole glass of beer, and isn't he proud of me? and joni was like "of course, when am i not proud of you?" hahaha! ohhhh joni. sooo funny. and then the whole percussion section ordered shots and did them together. their teacher/conductor counted them in. it was like "okay, what tempo should i do this at?" and joni was like, "you better to it moderatly." so he's like, "okay, ready? bar for nothing! one two three four, drink!" hahaha!! oh man... i wish jeremy did that. that would've been soooo cool anyways, me beth steeeeve and shane walked home, and beth and i had the trippiest conversation while we were walking. it was soooo damn funny.
anyways, i'm gonna finish this later, cuz i have to go to theory.

mmmmmmmmm..... look how sexy these posters are! thanks mike mccleery for makin them! they are basically the same, just different styles. i couldn't decide which one to put up, so i'm putting up all three! yiay! and Jeremy said they were the nicest posters! awww... yiay team Bach commitee! i played my Bach piece in masterclass yesterday. it wasn't the best... but it was alright. Jerzy told me to play lower in the bow, so i tried that, and it was really hard. and after i tried it, he was like "so what do you think? do you like it?" and i'm like "uh.... no." and he asked why and i told him it was really hard for me. but everyone was like, yea it sounds a lot better, so i practised it like that today anyway. two hours of straight Bach! i didn't even touch my Mozart and Beethoven. oh well. Jerzy was saying last night about priorities, and how we should practise 4 hours a day of Bach. *cringe*... oh anyways...
btw, we had a Bach committee meeting yesterday after masterclass, and planned pretty much what we're gonna talk about and FOOD!! oh man... we're gonna be having so much good stuff. EEEEE!! i'm so excited! it's gonna be soooo great! *grins!*
and (this has nothing to do with the concert) Miracle Boy is in the top 12!! yaayyyyy!!

i'm in the CAI lab... i just did my fuckn play and sing.
OH MY GOD. i honestly honestly seriously can't believe how much of an AAAASSSSSS vandenberg is. OHMYGOD!!! seriously.. i actually practised that P&S a lot and we all know how hard they are for me. i actually finally got it to sound decent, and he has to go and fuck it up. ARGH!! ohh man... wait til those teacher evaluations come.... you know i'll be fucking him up.
and apparently, Terry's class doesn't even have to do them yet! WTF?!? argh...seriously... this fuckin faculty needs some fucking consistency.
and while we're on the topic of consistency, i was talking to Janis a couple days ago, and i complained to her about ensemble marks. SOOOOO not fair that choir get marked only by their attendance, while orchestra peole actually gets mocks auditions and an real mark. WTF. this school is SO QUEER. ARGH!!! and Janis actually agreed with me, but do you see them changing anything? nooooo.
fuckers.
i hate this fucking school system. stop screwing all the stupid people (ie. me) over!!!
wow, i have a lot of hate...
... only cuz this school's FUCKED and the teachers are SHIT!!!!

OH MY GOD. i honestly honestly seriously can't believe how much of an AAAASSSSSS vandenberg is. OHMYGOD!!! seriously.. i actually practised that P&S a lot and we all know how hard they are for me. i actually finally got it to sound decent, and he has to go and fuck it up. ARGH!! ohh man... wait til those teacher evaluations come.... you know i'll be fucking him up.
and apparently, Terry's class doesn't even have to do them yet! WTF?!? argh...seriously... this fuckin faculty needs some fucking consistency.
and while we're on the topic of consistency, i was talking to Janis a couple days ago, and i complained to her about ensemble marks. SOOOOO not fair that choir get marked only by their attendance, while orchestra peole actually gets mocks auditions and an real mark. WTF. this school is SO QUEER. ARGH!!! and Janis actually agreed with me, but do you see them changing anything? nooooo.
fuckers.
i hate this fucking school system. stop screwing all the stupid people (ie. me) over!!!

YIAY! Miracle Boy is still in! i like Miracle Boy sooo much! but i'm starting to really like BO BICE (!!) too! he's a really good rocker! yiay Bo Bice!
Anyway, so yesterday, we had our first meeting for the Bach concert. there were some really ideas going around, but i doubt we would do any of the silly ones. James wanted be the narrator, like Justin was last time, but he wanted to wear those white wigs. it was hilarious! and then we had a tough time deciding on a name for the concert too. i really like The Art of Bach, but Jerzy didn't like it. but i think we're gonna use it anyway. James came up with the title "Bach Solo Sonatas and Partitas, and the People Who Play Them" or somethin like that, which was pretty funny. Mike Mc. is making the posters. they're turning out pretty good, i'm really excited! anyway...omg, the concert's not gonna be at the MOFO this time! it's gonna be at that little church near the library! aww... that's so cute. i've never been there before, but i hope the acoustics are gonna be good. oh man... im really excited about this concert. i'm playing in it!! eeeeee!! so excited! i better be good. or else.
