it's been a generally pretty shitty couple of days... except saturday morning when catherine and i went to the market-- that was fuckin awesome!! grocery store groceries are so crappy compared to the fruits, vegetables, bakeries and meat stands at st. jacob. i bought the freshest groceries i've seriously ever seen in my life! and catherine bought a cool pair of shoes and me a little purse-y bag as well. kudos. heh

but yeah... besides that trip, it was pretty shitty. work fuckin sucked. it was really busy and i probably made a lot of money, but it was also very frustrating and stressful. on saturday's shift, i was in charge of the wait list, and ginger kept critisizing me about taking down descriptions... after she came back from having a smoke-- in the middle of the rush. it was really really not cool. i was pretty pissed off at her, and she could tell. but when i finished my shift and everything, we had a talk, and made up. that was nice. kinda... anyway, i'm just glad i wasn't scheduled at all for the upcoming weekend. being thanksgiving and all.

im a bit (just a bit) anxious about going back to TO. i miss my scarbro friends and eating good food (although i had awesome dinner last night and lunch today, from market groceries). but yeah... we'll see how it goes. oh, i still have to get mikey and carmen's presents cuz it's their birthday on monday. yaayyy

i feel like chilling and watching a movie. but i have so much reading to catch up on. bah. i'll do the right thing. after a shower.
