interesting day in the loo....

so as you all may know, Fran and i went to our house today to take pics. i took a LOT. hilarious.. i finished a full roll in.... what, 15 minutes? hahaha hilarious. i ran out of film so fast, we had to go to Forwell's to buy another roll. hahaha! oh and we also met up with Liz and Amy!! yiay! anyways.... when we were ready to go back on the greyhound, i recieved a phone call from elena. basically, she asked me if i moved in yet, and i said no. she said she'd move all the furniture out, and i said yes, move it all out, we don't want any of it. i also told her that i want us all to meet sometime soon. (i didn't tell her about the parents thing though) so she asked about what? and i said, just something concerning the house, and she said "the condition about the house? what kinds of things?" so i told her "the furniture, the wirings, electrical outlets..." i didn't tell her in detail, cuz i didn't want to argue with her on the phone, so i just told her a couple of things. oh, before i told her that, she also told me that she's going to the house and changing the basement locks, so i was pretty surprised and i asked "so u mean you haven't changed the basement locks?!" and she said no. then i said "but the bedrooms downstaires have keys in their keyholes already!" and she said she knows. so i'm just standing there shocked! ok, the basement is still unlocked... keys are right there in the open. she said she wants to change the locks on a weekday, cuz on weekends, they charge double (cheap cheap).

anyways, so then i told her how i wanted us to meet face to face and talk about stuff, and she said okay, just call her to make up a time. so we have to decide that soon! tracy wants to do it this saturday, is that okay with everyone?? oh, she also made a very mean comment about fran. when i told her i wanted us to meet, she said she would move all the furniture, but she didn't want us to make so many demands and conditions. she said (and i'm just repeating what she told me) that she doesn't want us to end up like francine's situation and make so many conditions for her because she is the landlord (and at that point i was so close to saying "well, we have tenants' rights!" but i didn't want to argue on the phone) and she doesn't want to start off bad. (even though it already has).

oh, and she also told me she's changed her mind about room colours and she doesn't want anyone painting dark colours. (way to go back on your word...) so no red for me, and no black for me and Ian. booo.

fran and i got back somewhat late. i took the pics to develope already, but i won't be able to get them back til tomorrow morning. it's on a cd, so no scanning! (except for one of the rolls, that was half the house, and half something else.

anyway, that's about it...

the rest of the day went pretty well. it was actually pretty fun! especially meeting up with Leez and Amy. hehehe! oh and MacDonell Village sucks... no offense. it's too damn expenseive. pizza was delish, as was all the junk food. hahaha! anywhhooo... that's that's 'bout it. can't wait to get back pics tomorrow... hahha and i can't wait to hear what Ian's dad has to say on this.... two lawyers and a judge. we're backed up pretty damn well. =D
