well, i did wake up pretty late, and early sunset doesn't help much either. anywhoo...yeah, i had to do the first part of my theory assignment again cuz i did some of it wrong. now im working on the second part. the bass is pretty easy. all eighth notes in this funny pattern. the top part is the tricky one hehehe

yea, so anyways, i watched this movie today, it's called Hope Floats. it's pretty good. i won't spoil it for anyone who wants to see it, but it's basically about a woman whose husband leaves her for her best friend, and she and her daughter moves back to her home town and starts a new life...so it seems. but there are many difficulties and they have to overcome them.

saw the lunar eclispse, it was so cool!! i dragged Ramiz out to see it with me. hahaha he was like "no...i'm studying.." and i was like "come ON! it's so cool!!" so yea. hahah then i called my brother and told him about it too. hahah he's like "really?! let me see! ooohhh niiice!"
argh im getting sleepy. i just yawned. but can't sleep yet...gotta finish at LEAST all the rhythmic stuff. im so screwed for this MacGamut stuff. oh well...i'll try to finish it ALL by the next time we have to hand it in. i might not be able to finish it again this time. it just takes WAAYY too much time. esp for me cuz i suck at all this and i keep getting it wrong.
it's still really quiet here. the tv is off, all i hear are the clicks from me typing. the heater's not even on.

my dad woke me up this morning. he came over at about 10:30, went grocery shopping, then lunch. it was alright. then i realized (about half hour or so later) that he forgot to bring those blank cds i needed. so after he finished work near Manualife, he came back and we went to this little computer shop near Conestoga and bought a 5 pack. yay now i can bur the Hildegard cd.
God, i hate MacGamut so much. i've only done two levels today. frrriiiggg... keep getting it wrong.
i also hate being here by myself. Ramiz came up and visited today. he was bored as well, but at that time, i was actually working, so he left. talked to Matt on icq for a bit. then he had to leave for work. ahhh... ok, six more hours....goddammit.

after theory, i had lunch in the diner with steve, but he had to leave early to catch the greyhound home to his commencement. so then i went back to my rez. didn't feel like doing work right away, so i vaccuumed the whole flat of our floor. joanna was cleaning the kitchen part. Mel went home. Allison went home yesterday. she has commencement tonight. then i cleaned my room too. after all that cleaning i actually did start history, but not the paper. i decided to begin writing my little index cards for the people, like last time. i figured if i did it while we learned about them, i wouldn't waste so much time doing them all at the end and not having time to study other stuff. i talked to Tracy on msn, and she wanted to come over, so i said sure, and after about 20 minutes, she showed up. we just hung out in my room...ate oreos, listen to the Butterfly Lovers' Concerto. so nice! talked about music and i sorta taught her how to play the Zhang. (a Chinese table harp) Matt called around 5:30, but Tracy was still there so i said i'd call him back. she left at 5:45 ish becuz she was going to go home too, but other people were picking her up, so then after she left i tried going back to work, but it wasn't too successful. i went to Wilf's to buy dinner, took me about half an hour. saw Kiel and Colleen and Jeff there. by the time i got back though, cole and Jeff left, so i was finally by myself. so quiet...it's a bit scary... i wish Matty were here, it would be perfect.
fuuuuuudge. i'm bored. i watched some tv, started watching The English Patient, but i didn't really understand it, so i stopped. Matrix was on, so i watched that a bit, but i've seen it so many times, and i got bored. did a BIT of MacGamut, but i already got 3 wrong. friiigg!! and i had 3 right in a row. dammit!
i'm so bored. Matty's out skating with friends, Tim isn't replying to my msn, and.....Mike can't come over. so booooreeeeddd....i wanna talk to peeeople!

hm i haven't wrote in two days. what shall i say? i've got the best history teacher ever! she extended our due date for our history paper! YAYY!! and after i did all that work tuesday night. went to Bricker Rez and worked on Hildegard with Tracy and Deanna. Glenn couldn't make it becuz he wanted to do his MacGamut stuff so that he can go home to his commencement on the weekend. anyways, i was kinda pissed off cuz Tracy's friends came over for dinner and didn't leave for a while. they were all crazy ass FOBS! AHH!!! one of them, at first, i seriously didn't know whether she was a guy or a girl. but then from talking to them, i guess she was a girl. i talked with mike on msn while i waited for them to finish eating. we talked about that girl who looks like a guy, and mike was like, "yeah, im confused about two ppl in our school too" hahah funnay! anyways, then we went to Deanna's room and worked there for a bit. kept getting distracted. but i was so into it. then they had to watch Gilmore Girls. i got frustrated after half of the 2nd episode, and went back to tracy's place (down the hall) photocopied some scores, called Foot Patrol, then walked home. worked on my fucking thesis til 3:45am. Matty stayed up with me. i was so grateful. he was so tired. =( but then i didn't get to meet my teacher for that important meeting. i still talked to her about my thesis. she said it was okay. YAY! i was so freakin tired yesterday. and sectionals were kinda crappy.

anyways, just did some blog/journal reading...bah, no one posts anymore. Mar posts..once in a while. yay Mar!! aaand...yeah. have to talk to "War-in" heh heh. i mean...uuuuggghhh tee hee. anyways, yay today's friday! one more class left, omg. theory. i finished part of my assignment yesterday. it was alright. not MacGamut though. stoopid piece of crap, i HATE it!!
bah..im getting cold..i should put some clothes on. HAHAH just kidding.

back to piano!!

i am going to take literally 5 minutes to write this post.
what a long day, mian! yea, i failed both my psych and history exams, but that's no surprise. i actually didn't fail history as badly as i thought! anyways, i was funny cuz our teacher had this overhead up with A+ all the way to F, and beside each letter there's number, which represents the number of ppl who got that mark. so anyways, from the top, you see a bunch of 3, 1,2,1,1,7,6, etc (those aren't exact but u get the point) then you see F, and the number is 16. seriously! my teacher was like "that is bad! you have to pass this course!" and stuff. so...yeah...anyways, in masterclass, i really didn't wanna go becuz i had sooo much work to do tonight, but i went anyway, and David Zafer, the guy who led our masterclass this evening went over time like seriously! we got off at 7:20. FUCK!! i couldn't even buy dinner. was so pissed. argh! now i just cooked myself some noodles and an egg, and that's my crappy dinner. i also wasted time cooking. Play and Sing again tomorrow in Skills. argh! it's not too bad this time actually. well, wouldn't jinx it. alright my 5 minutes are up. ta-ta!

getting that Skills test back this morning was an inspiration. after weeks of not studying for friday dictations, and getting 50's and 60's, i got a 79 today! yippee!! the vocab section really boosted my mark up. yay! becuase i actually studied for vocab last week! (right matty?)

anyways, i now know how my text msg thingy works on my phone! i am currently waiting Frances' reply. she sent me a text message like 1:15ish am last night, calling me an insomniac. and i was just about to sleep! anyways, yeah, i was tired this morning. i told myself i would take a nap after my rudiments class, but no, im blogging now. i might sleep for a bit later. damn theory. i hate it so much.

im at my school library, working on history, and although im pretty into it, i'll blog anyways. hahah
the past weekend was funn! i didn't really do anything on friday, though it was halloween. i got back around 8:15pm ish, went to dinner with my dad, then drove to the orchestra place where my mom was, chatting up with all her orchestra parents' friends. pahh... we got home at around 10, and i went to bed pretty early.
commencement on saturday was great! the whole ordeal was pretty disorganized. we were supposed to arrive 45 minutes before, but when everyone was there, there still weren't any signs up telling us where to go or anything. it was a bit after 9 when the signs were up, and the teachers were actually telling us what to do! we got our cards to fill out and i got two, cuz i had to go and get my award. when it was my turn to go up, the teacher who was collecting the cards gave me back the wrong one! so it was really weird. i thought they were supposed to tell the people my award along with the OSSD thing, becuz i got a 50$ check along with my certificate ( thought that was the award). but after a long time of confusion, i realized it wasn't. the 50$ was the department award. so anyway, i missed the choir the first time cuz i had to go line up. the Music Parent's award was preeetty!! and not to mention, sharp! and i got another check. yay! but money doesn't matter. what matter's is that block of glass-looking plastic with my name on it. yay!
anyways, after the ceremony, i took pics with my parents, then they left and i hung out with Matt and Frances and Emilia. and i took lots pics with other people. it was great! after what seemed like forever, Emilia and i decided to go grab lunch. i drove Adam home on the way. we went to this chinese foodcourt on Silverstar, and i moment i walked in i saw my cousin, Ken, with his son, Jordan. awww so cute!! we talked a bit, and then out of nowhere, i lfelt someone poke me. i turned around and there standing was Edith! (she's the daughter of a family friend) so i was like "what the heck are you doing here?!" so anyways, after talking to my cousin a bit more, i ordered food, and then went over to that family friend's table and talked with them a bit. when we finished, i went and picked up my lunch and walked over to my cousin's table to say bye. out of nowhere (ok, across their table) my other cousin, Ricky, was like HI! i was so surprised, i was like "whoa!!" and Ricky was like "you're supposed to be in waterloo!!" so i had to tell him that i had commencement. and he was like "oh, so this is a cousins gathering, eh?" hahah funnay! and Bryan, Ken's older son was being all shy and cute. haha aww... anyways, we left after saying bye, and went to Destiny's to get Matty a bubble tea. (it was narsty, by the way.) then drove back to school. listened to the choir, Jeff's valedictorian speech (so sweet!) then waited for everybody to all gather and then drove Emilia home. Matty, Frances and i went to STC, and did some shopping. got kinda upset, then ate some ice cream, then walked over to Jack Astor's for dinner. saw Jordan and Kevin, so after we finished eating, went over and said hi. finally left the place, and went back to my house and just chilled, looked at photos then drove them home around 8:45. stayed a bit longer than i thought at Matt's, but it was alright. i recieved a text message around 9, but i had no idea how to open it, and i thought it was only another ad, so i left it. when i got home, i magically unlocked my phone and read the text message. it was from Frances! i forgot the card i bought in her little shopping bag! so i drove to her house to get it back. when i got there, though, she invited me in to make some mashed potatos. so i went in and her parents came downstaires and i said hello. her mom started asking me if i was Mandy, the girl from CDF, and i said yes, and she was like "i don't think you remember me" and i said i didn't, and she was like "yeah, i remember you from CDF. i saw you this morning, and i was like, hmm...she looks familiar!" so i was like "oh really? haha" and then she's like "say hello to your mom for me" and i'm like "okay i will!" hehe it was funny! anyways, so yeah, Frances and i made mashed potatos, and they were freakin delicious, i tell ya!! mmm....hehehe then we talked about stuff and school and family. ya know. then her parents came downstaires again, and we talked about university. and then i finished eating my potatos, and left. it was a great night. great, i tell ya! esp. the potatos..mmmmm...*drool* hahaha but we're going to Korean barbecue next time. yummay! we're going to turn into little fobs. oh no!! saaaave meeeee!!! lol alright anyways, i have to get back to work. it's already 2:30. ok bub bye!
