orchestra yesterday was fun. i thought i'd just mention it.
i also had leftover theory homework. i had to call nique though, becuz i didn't know how to transpose soprano sax into piano. im stupid. i would've called adam to ask about transposing the horn too, but...meh. and i tried icq-ing mike about clarinet, but he was in class. to say the least, i did not finish the homework. anyways, i actually read some of my history shit last night. ppl on my floor were watching this movie called Dance With Me, on tv, and it was loud, and i didn't wanna work in my room, cuz of my internet (distractions, you know...) so i plopped my bum in the guys' flat downstaires and started reading. the tv was on too, but it wasn't as loud, and Ram went to bed, and Kiel went out to his Don meeting, and Clayton...i dunno. he was doing stuff in his room. Sam was watching football, and Ryan, was out. but then he came back. anyways, Clayton gave me some cake he bought from home. it was yummay! mmm...strwberry mousse....HAOP! anyways, around 11, Lindsay showed up, from downstaires, and we all just hung out, talked about Clayton eating a hotdog from the garbage (cuz he couldn't stand seeing the food wasted) and how it tasted like yogurt. hahah fun times...and i think im gonna start swimming now. cuz it's good for you. and we all know how much i need excercise. Clayton, being the nice guy that he is, offered to come with me. he's like "just tell me when you're going, cuz i wanna go too" soo...yeap! i think im going on monday. so...yeah, we'll see how that goes. i was talking to Matt last night and he was telling me how he had to do 12 lengths! geezes... i cant even do one without stopping! i suck! grrrr!
anywhoo... i still have my cold. it sucks. my nose is all stuffed up, and i need kleenexes like, all the frickin time! like now. *blows nose*

bleugh... i'm listening to Relfections. in Chinese. heheh it's like, the only pop chinese song i listen to. grr Peter (from the China trip) who got me into it! but anyways, it's a good song. and the singer (Coco Lee) is pretty good. i'm trying to dl Eyes on Me, the theme song from Final Fantasy. it's by Faye Wong. muahaaha what's with all the asian singers, you ask? i dunno... they can be good, if they sing decent songs. none of the Chinese pop shit though. i hate that! Except Reflections. hee hee
okay anyways, i have to go practise piano now, so i think i'll post more later. ta-ta!

yay im home again.
it's been really busy! but yesterday, when i was at U.Waterloo, getting my Greyhound ticket, i saw Adam Bennett! i never knew he went to UW! so yea, we chatted a bit, mostly about school (well, all about school) and how there are so many ACI people at UW. anyways, after we said bye, i walk out of that building and bump into Lydia Chang! i was thinking like, "whoa! never seen any ACI people here before, and then i see two in one day!" so i was in a pretty good mood. anyways, yeah, i went home and had dinner. i didn't bus home from Union station cuz i had to bus tickets and i forgot my change, so i had like no cash. ah well. my parents picked me up though, so that was okay. i was so busy today! this morning i went to art class, then right after, i went to violin lesson (which was tiring!), then my mom and i wnet to this warehouse place to buy some spinny toothbrushes (they were 3 for $10) and some makeup (for moi. hee hee!) and dishwasher detergent, and chips. and after that i had to go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned, and then right after, we went grocery shopping, and bought lots and looots of food! then we came home. and i washed the dishes, and i went on the comp, and relatives came over for dinner, and i mailed the RSVP thingy for commencement, and saw Nijello at the mailbox, and we talked for a while! it was fun. we talked about band, and mr.lum, and other school-related issues.

anyways! yeah, about commencement, i got my invitation letter today!! well, it says that it's commencement excercises. but what the heck! i got an award!!!! i'm so excited!!! i never get awards! i feel damn special, man.

anyways, i'm tired, so i think i'm gonna leave now. *yawn* good-nighty!

i did some journal reading, and now im like pissed off at someone. grrr!! (that's my angry sound)

anyways, i got some Skills homework done. intervals, mostly and now im working on scales. i like scales. so far, im getting perfait! heh heh. i wanna try to finish all my Skills homework tonight so i won't have to do any on the weekend. isn't that a good plan? i think so. i'll probably be up doing it though. it doesn't take THAT long, really, but it's done on the computer, with the music software, and u know, my computer now has internet, so....yeeeaaaaa....

hi everyone! im so excited! and giddy! i have internet on my laptop! and it's all thanks to my dear friend Ramiz, from downstaires, who is a very nice computer major. muahaha! =) anyways, im like, all happy now. tee hee! grrr it's taking me so long to write this post. i'm talking with rachel, timmy and rick all at the smae time and they all type fast! hahaha anyways, Matt, don't worry, im not upset anymore. =)

i wnet home on the weekend. it was very tedious. the things i do for being home! HMPH! anyways, i was gonna take the 4pm bus back, but when i got to the busstop i found out that i forgot my ticket, so i had to walk all the way back to my place and get my ticket and walk all the way back! i got on the 5pm bus, but barely! did some studying during the ride. i was really happy to be back in the city. yay for skyscrapers and the CN Tower!! i met up with Matt, and we waked around DT til 9 and then we headed home. i got home and instead of seeing my brother, i see a REALLY messy house. i drop all my bags, and went to the bathroom. right after i cleaned the toilet. yup, seriously. right after i washed the dishes. my brother walk in the door and starts saying how i did his work for him. so it's MY fault that i'm cleaning up his shit. anyways. after that i called kate, and apparently everyone was there so i drove over to kate's and partied! it wasn't an actual party, but it seemed like it. i had soooo much fun! it was great seeing everyone! i get home at about 1 and head to bed. the next morning, right after i woke up i cleaned the living room, nad vacuumed and washed the floor. it was tiring! i didn't even eat breakfast yet! emilia called me and she wanted us to meet up so we made plans for lunch and shopping! after i cleaned everything, i picked her and Matt up and went to Harmony music to see if my music book is in yet. it's not. so we go to Woodside Sq. for lunch and the bank. after walking around a bit, we head to STC. yay shopping! i didn't really get anything though. meh. it doesn't matter. i still wanna get that skirt at the Garage. it's preeetty! anyways, i bought a betta fish at the pet shop! it's pretty! eventually, we left and i drove Emilia home, and Matt and i went to my house to hang out. around 6:30 i drove him home, and wnet to buy dinner with my brother. he had the stomache flu, so he was feeling like crap. we bought take out. at 8:45 i left and went to Matt's house. i tried installing my MacGamut software, but it didn't work. so we just left it and went to bed. it was fun. but i kept hitting the hardwood floor. bleh! anyways, it was fun and i left at 10:30 ish the next day cuz i had to meet my relatives for lunch. we had this congee there and i don't know why, but it made me really sik. and on top of that i caught my brother's stomache flu. it was horrible! horrible i tell ya! it started after we watched Once Upon a Time in Mexico (which isn't a good movie anyways). i felt like crap. seriously. and instead of taking the 7pm bus back, i delyaed and took the 9:30 one. cuz i didn't feel like walked all the way. i'm soooo glad my brother helped me carry my bags and stuff. seriously. allthe way to the greyhound terminal. we took a taxi from the Bloor/Young statin, cuz we accidently walked out, and didn't know how to get back in. and didn't feel like waiting for a streetcar. it didn't cost much so that was alright. i got on the bus and tried sleeping, but it was so uncomfortable. grrr... and i felt like crap. i got out at the kitchener station, and took a cab back to my place. yay for no walking. i was sooo tired. when i got in, everyone was on the second floor, and i missed a floor meeting. and we had to vote for a floor rep. i voted for colleen cuz...i dunno. to be honest, she scares me sometimes. but shhh!! she's nice though. she just has this aura around her of being in authority. ya know? anyways, i had to vote, and then i went to bed. i was sooo tired.
tihs morning i only went to two classes, then i skipped the rest of the day. i felt really bad. i slept a lot. i had some soup around 2, and i think after the soup i started feeling better, but not a whole lot.
anyways, i'm freakin tired, so i'm gonna go to bed now. i'll probably blog tomorrow...we'll see.

ok yes, so i went clubbing last night with lotsa people on the top floor of my building and thier friends. and a couple of guys from Waterloo. we went to this place called Elements, in Kitchener, which is really close to that theater i wnet to with Matt. it was fun. the place was nice, and kinda small, for all the people that were in it! a LOT! it was also LOUD. like seriously. oh well. anyways, so yeah, before we went the girls on the top floor were having thier own little party with looots of alcohol, but don't worry friends, i didn't get drunk. cuz i'm not that stupid. i had some bacardi and snapple. it was yummay! and then we took a school bus down to the place. it was about a 20 minute ride. i saw Diana (Cheung) while we were lining up, but she was with her friends so i never really said hello. and i saw Janine when i was inside, but she was walking so fast. it was like, whoosh! heheh anyways, yeah i was fun. after like 3 hours though, they started playing bad music. it started with the Irish folk song. i mean, it's good music, but just not for a setting like this. and they layed more bad music after that, so i tried to look for my jacket (it took me like half an hour! they were all pile up on the counter in the back!) and i wnet outside to wait for the bus that takes us back to the universities. While i was waiting, i saw this guy from my program, James. (he's a violin player too, REALLY good violin player!) so i wnet over and we talked and waited for the bus. the first bus came at 1am, and it wasn't even our bus! it was the one that went back to Guelph (cuz there were 3 schools there: Laurier, Waterloo, and Guelph) so we had to wait for another bus. the second bus comes, and it goes to Waterloo (same area) but SOOOO many people were like pushing and shoving to get on, so we didn't get on that bus. we got on the 3rd one though. it was tedious! everyone was trying to get in and go home. grr... oh well. anyways, so i got in at about 1:30, which isn't really late at all, but i had a 8:30 class tihs morning, so i went straight to bed. some of the people i came with were still there, but whatever. i think they came back at about 2. oh well...
anyways, i had fun.
and i'm coming back to TOronto tonight. i have to check what time the bus picks me up. i walked to UW today to buy my ticket. their campus is so big! it took me 20 minutes just to walk into the middle of the campus to the place where they sell the greyhound ticket. grr...oh well. i'm excited about coming back though. i need to geta lot of stuff. esp. msuic books and cutlery.

i'm thirsy, so i think i'm gonna stop bloging and buy myself a drink. =) toodle-oo!

today was a pretty good day. even orchestra was good. we had these two new pieces, and they were nice and easy! =) Skills class was okay, as usual, and remedial theory sucked. our teacher is so messed up. he makes us do the weirdest excercises. like today, we were sitting in a circle (well, we have been for the past two classes) and we had to sing this scale, but each person sings one note, and it's not even a normal scale. it's all major 2nd intervals! pah, it was confusing! and halfway, the teacher just gave up, cuz we were so confused. so half the class didn't have to sing. =( oh well.
i had a two hour break after that class, so i spent it doing my Theory (Indian Music) homework. it was confusing. i didn't even do the last question becuz i did not understand it at all! and then i had to come here to the computer lab and print it, but i didn't really know how to, so i wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how it works. i got it printed just in time for class. i'm probably gonna get a bad mark on it. meeehhh. whatever.

my head hurts now and i want to eat dinner. but i had a big lunch, so i don't really want to eat yet. it's only a bit after 6, so maybe i'll eat later. we got dressers today!!! oh man, FINALLY!! i don't know where to put mine though. i'll sort it all out later. i also bought a nice HUGE poster at our school's poster sale. i've been contemplating whether to get it or not, and finally i got it today. i scraped up enough moonay. heh heh. it's a poster of Monet's water lilis. it's similar to the painting i did a while ago, so this was very inspiring. it was also $34 + tax. yup! it came to something like $39.10. oh well. it's worth it....kinda. i mean, it'd probably be more if i bought it at an art gallery or something, so...yup. and yesterday, i got Matt these two posters. They're also very nice. but not as nice as mine! muahahaha!!! just kidding.

i also chatted with Ken on icq yesterday. it was funny cuz i told him how i know this girl who he used to work with, Lien, and she's my cousin's girlfriend. so Ken was like, "yeah, she told me how her boyfriend has this bratty cousin..."

i just had my first lesson. i got a new teacher. i was supposed to be with this guy called Jerzy, but then they said that the schedules were really hectic, so they switched me over to the other violin teacher, Jeremy. anyways, at first, i was really scared of Jeremy, becuz i didn't know him, and to me, he looked like the one in charge and in authority. u know... so while the two teachers were talking amongst themselves, i was freaking out! you know how your insides feel queasy when you're afraid of someone? not afraid, as in the person biting your head off or whatever, but just afraif of what he'd do to you? like, yell or whatever? yeah, that was how i was. *sigh* nayways, but he was really nice and understanding and stuff, so it was okay. i'm still scared of him though.

i'm suposed to be at this Student Recital thing right now, but when i got there, there wasn't a lot of people. there were some older students sitting around and stuff, so..i dunno!! i don't wanna wak inand be like, "sooo...how bout that student recital, huh?" so i decided to skip it. and in doing so i now have free time til 1pm!! yay!! i didn't bring my viomolin out so i won't be practising, nor did i bring any homework. becuz i thought i'd be going to the recital, then piano, then back to my rez to GET my books and violin, and i don't feel like going back. muahaha. i actually have a looot of work to do. mostly reading and stuff, but yea...i don't really wanna walk back again.

i have an hour left...what to do? what to do??

oh, i was on the phone with Matt last night, and i found out that i finish class at 1:20 tomorrow!! YAY!! and when i called Nique (i'll tell you why i called later), i found out that Mikey and Elliot are coming over! yay! so now i'm gonna try to find a ride there.
anyways, so yea, yesterday i was looking through the pamphlet of all the Concerts at Noon performers. they have the whole list up to the end of March of all the ppl who are performing each week. i was just scanning the list, and i came upon the name Joseph Petric. i immediately thought of Alexis. and beside his name was "accordian". and i do remember that Alexis' dad played accordian, and then i remembered that his name was Joseph, SO, Alexis' dad is going to play at my school!!! that was why i had to call Nique and Carmen to tell them the news! hahah i'll go up to him and be like "i know Alexis! we went to school together!" lol! and nique (or carmen, i don't remember) was like "noooo you didn't!" hehehe funny.
ANYways, i have another story: i was in psych class today, and i was sitting in the front row. a couple of minutes later these two girls came by and sat on either side of me (those were the only seats left in the front row middle) and they were talking in front of me, so i turned to the girl on my right and said "do you wanna switch places so you guys can talk?" and she said sure, and then she said "you look really familiar" i'm like "really?" and she's like "what's your name?" so i tell her and like "*gasp!* you know Gabriel?" i'm like "yes." and she's like "i'm her daughter!" and i was like "REALLY?!" and she's like "yup!" so...anyways, Natalie's in my psych class! that is wicked! she was like "i can't wait to tell my parents!" so..yeah! and then Janine saw me after class too, she was like "heeyyy! i never knew you were here!"

yesterday i was walking near the bookstore when this Chinese guy came up to me and ask me to join their club, the Chinese Students' Association. he was like "im a music major too! c'mon! we need more music ppl!" nad all that. well, i mean, he's nice and all, but he's like a fob, sooooo. yeah. i said i'd join anyways, becuz i did want to do some extra curricular. these past two days, there have been booths from different clubs and associations around the Concourse (the cool place where i'm typing this post) today, there was tihs booth from the Special Needs office, selling plants. i bouth a little pot of some....tropical thing. it's pretty. i like it. it was only 3$. anyways, so yea, the Chinese music dude took down my info and stuff, and i was supposed to pay him for a membership, but i had to cash on me so i told him tomorrow, which is today, but i still don't have any cash. lol oh well. i will...someday. lol
anyways, i also had my first psychology class yesterday. i like it! my prof is old and stuff, but i can tell he's really smart. he always uses all these technical terms and stuff. and he's funny!! Janine's in my class (she's this girl from band at ACI) but she left before i could say hi. oh well!

everyone's going home on the weekend of the 19th. i wanna go too!!! but i don't wanna be with my brother. well...i'll just stay at someone else's place. but i have to see what school events there are that weekend. weeeee'll see! =)
i finally cooked the frozen lasagna today. i bought i like, last tuesday! oh well, it sure was yummy! mmmm.... and i'm eating it for dinner too! yay! i'm gonna be so tired of lasagna after this. lol just like the spaghetti i made last time. oh, whatever!

yay i have 10 minutes left til my next class. i have like NO time. well i do, but barely!! i hate tuesdays. it's my longest day. i have a class in 15 minutes. it's from 5-7. !
anyways, yeah, so yesterday was my first day. i had this thing called Musical Skills, which is like rhythem and singing and stuff like that. i liked it. it was easy...sorta. and my class was pretty small. like, 20 something ppl. after that i had to go to this course they force me to do, which is like remidial theory. that wnet okay. the prof is weird. he made the class sit facing each other and sing intervals and stuff. but interesting nonetheless. after that, i got to eat lunch. i went to Harvey's cuz there wasn't too much time. anyways, after that i had actual theory class. the teacher's pretty quiet, but it's alright. that class was pretty big. well, compared to my other classes. anyways, at 4, i had to go to orchestra. i just picked up my music earlier in the library. it was Beethoven's 5th. i played some of it when i had to do my audition, but i got a new part, since i'm now in 2nd violin (cuz i suck so bad). so...yeah. i only knew two of the 3 or 4 movements though, so i was sight-reading the stuff that was new. i SUCKED!! omg, everyone was so good! especially the girl in theback of the 1st violins. she's AMAZING! i wanted to meet her after the rehersal, but she left too quickly. bah! after orchestra i was really tired and dizzy and more tired!! i wnet on icq, and found mike. i told him that i didn't feel like cooking, and would he wanna join me for dinner so he siad sure and we met at my place. we roller-bladed to all the shops near U.W and ate at Eastside Marios. it was okay. i had leftovers. and then i went home, mike stayed and chilled for a bit. and left at...i dunno. and then i hung out with the ppl i live with, and then got ready for bed and had a nice long chat with matt. the end. i have class!! bye!!

ok im like, really tired right now, so i'll just blog about my weekend really quick before i blog about my day.
so, yea...i wnet home on friday night. my mom was about an hour late picknig me up. she siad there was a looooot of traffic. anyways. so she comes at around 7. and we meet my dad at this chinese restaurant on HWY 7 for dinner. after dinner, we go home and i pack a bit of stuff. i go on icq, and then i sleep.
on saturday, i went to art class. it was fun. i got to do the same thing as the kids. heheh it was fun. i was planning to pick up matt and emilia after i drop my mom off at home, but she came like half an hour late. and then she went to buy lunch at this fast foods place. i wasn't even hungry, but i didn't wanna be like "c'mon let's gooo!!" so i wait patiently, but i tell my mom i'm meeting them at acertain time. anyways, we get home, i tell her i'm gonna go now becuz i'm not really hungry nad she starts getting mad at me nad shit, so whatever, we get intotihs huge argument, which i'm gonna skip. i meet matt and emilia at STC, and we watch The Order, a movie with Heath Ledger in it, but i don't understand what's going on. Anyways, after the movie, we go and buy some stuff i need in my rez (a phone). and i also bought a little hairdryer. anyways, i go home and not talk to my mom,but fine with everyone else. we go out to dinner nad i start talking to my mom becuz i think she's stupid about getting mad for so long and stuff. so we go home and she starts talking to me, and i pack all my stuff that i need to bring.
on sunday morning i get up and when i my parents left for breakfast, i planned to bike to Food Basic and buy my groceries, until i find out that my brother used my bike while i wasn't there and he broke the chain. so i start telling at him and he thinks there's nothing wrong. i have told him SO many times NOT to use my bike. but he's a bastard and doesn't listen. our whole family argues in the car while we drive to meet my aunt and cousin for lunch. my cousin got me a cordless opitcal mouse for my laptop for my birthday. it was just what i needed (and she knew too cuz she was tampering with my laptop when she was over one evening). anyways, after lunch we went back home to drop my mom and brother off and my dad and i went to buy groceries. then we drove to waterloo. i slept in the car. the concert was pretty good. it was short and sweet. i saw Steven (this probably gay guy i met) when we were coming out of the concert so we went to diner together. it was a BBQ outside with other music ppl. i met these other girls too, during dinner. after dinner steven and i decided to practise a bit, and then go to the floor meeting i found out we had. so we went to his rez to get his instrument, then all the way back to my place to get mine. we live at totally opposite directions, so it was a long walk. we practised in these things called modules. they look like little refrigerators with a piano in each. seriously. i love it! anyways, after we practised we headed back to our separate directions, and i had my floor meeting. it was okay. there's a new guy in our building named Samir. he's pretty hot (sorry, matt, he is. lol!) he's like, a gino, but with an English accent. heheheh anyways. then i went back to my room when it ended at 10:15pm, and took a shoer and called matt. it was fun.

okay i think i'm actually gonna post about my day tomorrow, becuz i'm meeting mike for dinner. i don't feel like cooking. i'm tired. anyways...goodbye.

this morning was nice. i woke up at 8:30 (the latest i ever woke up so far) and did everything slowly. i had to register for a piano course, but it's between 9am and 3pm, so i have lots of time. i made myself some hard boiled eggs, sat down and read the M&M's flyer. i love that place, they sell such yummy food! anyway, i slowly changed and headed out. that was abut 9:30. i went to the music building and asked about registering. apparently i signed up for two theory classes. i thought we had to take them in both terms, but we only had to do one. so i had to choose another course to fill in the 0.5 credit i was missing. the piano course is 0.5 credits, but it doesn't really count. i didn't think to bring my little booklt of 1st year courses offered, so i went back to my room and got it, looked over it many times deciding which thery class i should drop. they're the same class but one's in the fall and one's in winter. my piano's gonna be in winter, so i wouldn't want to crowd everything in the fall. after going over my schedule many times and whatnot, i decided to take the religions course i initially wanted to take. no tutorials or labs. good choice. so i went back to the music registration place and told the lady there who's taking care of it. she signed my drop/add paper and told me to go to the Theater Auditorium where the Faculty of Arts registration is going on, so i can get the Religions profs to sign it too. While i was still there, this 3rd year music dude told me that he'll show me the way to the back door (becuz there's a HUUUGE lineup for the arts. every major in that faculty was there. 3 hour line ups!!) so there we were walking towards the back entrance. it was cool, becuz i didn't have to wait 3 hours just to get one signature. anyways, i went up to the Religions and Culture table nad talked to this prof. the course i wanted was all full, but he said i can sign a waiting list and come to the first class, becuz he'll let the first 10 people in or something like that. and he said he was going to be the prof for that course, so he'll know. but he couldn't sign my paper becuz i wasn't actually registered for that course (since it was full). anyways, after that i think i went to the computer labs, and checked email and all that. then i went to eat lunch (at a Harvey's on campus) and then i went back to the music building to see if the piano course sign up list is up or not. it wasn't. and while i was there i saw tihs paper for practise room sign ups for the fall term. 1st years at 1:30pm! it was almost 2pm! hahah so i raced to the room where it was held and when i got there it was locked! i looked around for someone who would know, and about 2 minutes later, these two girls came by and they were looking for the signup thingy too! one of the girls had the key to the room, we got in. yay. it took me sooo long to to figure out all my times and fit an hour a day of practising in the practise rooms in. *sigh!* it was great though, becuz the all the sheets were empty and i could pick any time i wanted without other people having already signed up for the time slot i wanted. anyways after i signed up i went back to my rez and called carmen/nique/jordan/adam. they were all in carmen and nique's room, so i got to talk to all of them. i was so bored then that i wanted to bus to guelph and meet them. jordan went on the greyhound website nad looked up the schedule for me. the bus leaves at 5 and gets to guelph at 7:30!!! damn, u know it only takes 20 minutes to drive there. jordan said they probably go to other stops and pick up other ppl too. so...oh well. i was still gonna go, but then he check the time the bus would come back to waterloo, and it was 7:45 am, the next morning! jordan checked with his rez don, and she said she had to check with her manager, but jordan never got an answer back, so we said it's alright, and i'd come next time. oh, he had to check becuz usually, we're not allowed guests to sleep over during orientation week. soooooo...yeah. i took a nice shower, and then headed back to this Fred Nichols building, which is the one i'm in right now, and plopped myself down on a computer, and here i am. *sigh* good day, huh?
anyways, i read Mar's blog, and it seems like her and lili are having the time of their lives! heheh every school i've heard about are having parties every night, and we only had the ONE on tuesday. bah humbug! oh well.

it's pretty cold today. windy and cloudy. brrrr!!
i'm persuading timmy to drive here and un- bore me! hahah i don't think he will though. =( ahhh!! ok he said he doesn't have access to a car right now. boo.

yay for more blogging! i would type about my day so far, but i already typed it once to Matt. i should've just copied and pasted. didn't think of it. oh well. i'll just type it again.
i got up at 8:30 thinking i had a music meeting at 10, but it was at 9, so i had to get up really fast and i barely had time for breakfast. i made myself a hot chocolate. the meeting was alright. he dean of music just talked about stuff like GPAs and other crap. well, useful crap! hahah. right after the meeting i had to do my ensemble audition. i had 15 minutes to get stuff ready, so i wasn't in shape or anything like that. i played horribly. i was so upset becuz i worked hard to prepare for this audition. oh well. after that i went downstaires and bought myself some actual breakfast. it was yummy. after eating i went outside and called Carmen/Nique. we talked for like 20 minutes. ooh fun! their Frosh sounded so fun! grrr...i wish i were at Guelf. hmph! oh well. after i got off the phone i went to the practice rooms to practise for piano. that lasted about an hour. i went upstaires to my testing room. this guy came by and asked if it was okay if he signed up in a spot where someone crossed their name out. i said sure. we started talking. i was relieved to know that he was even less prepared for this piano test than i am! he was a nice guy. =) but something in the back of my head tells me he's gay. anyways!
i went in for the test and i told the examiner that i've never really had any formal training in piano except for the 5 weeks during the summer. he asked me what i learned, and i said that i learned nothing. so he asked if i was gonna take the extra piano course, and i said yea, and he said then there's no point in playing then, so he let me go. muahaha! and now i'm free for the rest of the day. i'm bored. i think i'm gonna walk to U. Waterloo and find the bus station, and also some people! i'm craving to see people i know. i THINK i saw Janine today, but i wasn't sure if it was her or not, so...oh well!
anyways, wow, the girl behind me is typing REALLYfast! all i hear are all these super fast clicking sounds! heh heh!
ok i'm talking to Shelby on icq now. fun! she's taking a break from frosh events. heh heh

anyways, YAY i found a computer that has internet the same time i have my log-in stuff! (i have to log in on public computers here) I'm having an okay time. i'm not in any frosh activities, except yesterday,which was the first day, so i have quite a bit of time on my hands. yeah, i can icq now! hehe just kidding. i met some people in my building and some other people yesterday, not from my building. everyone's so damn tall here, i get intimidated sometimes. muahaha oh, by the way, here's mycell phone #: (519) 589-9691 so call me!!! i have a rez phone too, but i don't have a phone in my room. but the number is (519)883-0021 id you call that number, someone on my floor wil pick up. i don't know if she'll let me use her phone. she probably will though becuz that number is for everyone on our floor. there's only 5 people on a floor.
anyways, i'm actually really bored right now. i thought i had a meeting, but i don't. i should go grocery shopping, but the store's soooo faaaarrrr!! i actually walked a lot today. i keep forgetting stuff in my room, so i had to go back and get it and stuff. lots of walking. yup. i saw Garry yesterday during the frosh activities. he didn't see me though, and i didn't say hello becuz he was busy talking to some people. oh well. and i haven't seen Mike yet. as a matter of fact, i haven't seen anyone i know. not even all the Waterlooers down the street. booo. i'm such a loner. muahaha. it's okay. i'm sure i'll meet some wonderful music students once classes start. i did my sight singing test today, and it went really bad. i can't sight sing for beans!! =( wahhh!
