what a great day today was. first of all, i did pretty well on my physics test. then i skipped tech, but that's okay. i hung out with emilia. during 4th lunch. carmen and i got some alone time together to talk about some stuff. then there was matt. i just love being with him.
after school i called my mom to pick me up early for violin cuz i didn't have my violin to practise. but i waited and waited, and eventually she came pretty close to 4:30 anyways. then i got this nice long lecture, which made me have a better understanding of myself in the world of music. violin lesson went quite well. i learned some stuff. my teacher was like "it's different everytime...you must have been practising." oh yes..=)
then i went to the music banquet. i was half an hour late cuz i went home to change and then my brother was so fuckin lazy he was too damn slow. but anyways...it was fun. i hung out with joanna, nat, and christine, took some pics (which turned out great cuz we're so cute. hahaha!) and...well, the whole place was really nice looking. at one point, matt went off with mark slater, but they were having fun, so it's aaaall good. but then around 11, i got pretty tired, and a bit fed up with the music, so i called and now here i am, comfy and at home.
anywhoo... i really have to work on my physics project. ahhh... oh well...that's what.... umm... monday nights after band are for. heh heh...

today was a damn good day. let me start from the beginning... i went to first and second period. during strings, frances and i went to the halls and saw ramy and emilia doing their philosohy, so we just hung with them. frances got caught playing with ramy's lighter, both got sent to office. skipped tech, cuz it's oh-so boring. hung out w/ emilia, kamla, and margaret. during 4th lunch hung out w/ matt emilia mikey, carmen, kamla and margaret. talked about formal and such. 5th per. calc (which actually was pretty bad, but not TOO bad) after school, went to MR2 to record this grad video for music, probably for all the teachers. i totally messed up my part, but whatever. i'll just talk to mr. lum face to face...sometime. went to matt's house at 4, and just hung out. had some yummy peanut butter. bussed back to aci for band, sight-read some music- two songs. saira conducted "summer was just beginning". after band watched tape from concert. resolution was really bad, but meh. then some ppl left and we watched our grad song. it was beee-ooo-tiful!! nique and i were singing so loudly. hahaha...
anyways, that's it, basically. i'm tired now. goodnight.

holy crapity doo, my computer is stupid. i tried logging in for sooo long, ever since last night. but it always shuts down on me. *sigh*
anyways, not much happened this week. i got my music banquet ticket, and one for matt, both from my travel account. i have $68.72 in my travel account! more than i thought, which is always a good thing. yupyup...and yesterday, my mom bought me a really nice suede (fall and spring) coat. it's long and brown and pretty, with flower etchings all over.
on thursday, in orchestra, we watched the tape from our sping concert, and holy shit, we were bad. well, we weren't THAT bad, but in some places, i was like "omg...this is terrible." even mr.lum was shaking his head. lol

on to better things...i got this letter from laurier today (well, it came yesterday, but i found out about it today) telling me that i got a $2000 bursury from them. yippee! **Notice, it's bursury, not scholarship. i'm not smart enough for those. heh heh... so yeah... i'm quite content. and tomorrow, we're driving down there (to waterloo) to visit the residences, so i can make up my mind on which one to apply to.

i haven't really blogged in a while, and i reeeallly don't feel up to it, but i don't really know what to write for my english essay, so i'll just take a break and blog anyway.
the weekend was really fun. i hung out with Emilia mostly, but on sunday, her, her sister, matt and i went out to dinner at a chinese buffet, and then we went to see fireworks. it was soooo fun. i won't post the details, cuz it takes too long. and they're my memories to cherish. heh...i'm selfish. and my parents came back from Ottawa with some family friends, and got me this cute little necklace with a piece of rice in it with one side painted like a violin/guitar and the other side with my name.

anyways, homework is so depressing. i want to sleep. argg...
but what's more depressing is that i read people's blogs, and they are absolutely correct about what they say, but i even though they're saying that, they are doing it themsleves. hypocrites, no? what is this world turning into??

yay long weekend! after art today, i went home and tried to do some homework, but it didn't really work, cuz i'm a lazy bum. tee hee... and then i went to Emilia's house to hang out. we looked at old photos of her family. i swear she's like the cutest baby. =) and then we were just talking and stuff, and then i found out about her mom. (not posting what it is, in case she doesn't want me to post it) i seriously didn't know. she was like "really? i thought u knew..i thought everyone knew." and i'm like "no!" so yeah..and then we just talked for like 2 hours about...well, lotsa stuff. it was so fun. and she lent me this coller for my prom dress, to see if it would match it. it kinda does, although the reds don't really match, but it looks okay. i haven't decided if i want to use it yet...i might. heheh
and then i went to Samantha Chang's flute recital. she's really good. and so's my violin teacher's daughters, cuz they were there too. and then i went home. hahaha

anyways, i'm looking foreward to tomorrow! yay for dinners and fireworks!!

the spring concert last night was sooo good. well, the last part was good. Grand Serenade, Armenian, and the grad song. *sigh* i'm still reminiscing. felt like the end of the year. i started bawling right after Armenian Dances ended. ahhh....hehhehe

anyways! today after art class, matt and i went out to lunch. well..it's not really a lunch, but..whatever. and then we went to this place in Markham where i had to meet Nick for some interview thing for volunteering. it was pretty boring, but it's near the Sandylion Sticker Factory, so i got stickers! YAYYY!!! i got some mushrooms stickers for mikey..and kate, and anyone else who wants them. heh heh... it's funny cuz i always seem to go places where they have cool stuff for mike. (heh heh...tin container..tsktsk..heh heh!) anyways! yeah, so i had fun...it rained after, which kinda sucked, but oh well. and then i went to math class, and then..i came home and went to stc with my brother for like an hour. grr..i wanted to get this mesh shirt, cuz the one kamla got me is kinda ripped..but my brother was like "ew! that's ugly!" so...meh.

anyways... nothing else to post, so...yeah...

today was actually a really good day. i got to play tennis at lunch. YEAH!! i need to bring my own raquet tomorrow. ummm....oh yea, the stuff that didn't go so well today were: my stupid wrist hurting, stupid cramps, aaannndd... that's it.
oh, and christine and i practised my solo. it went really well, considering it was our first time putting it together. mike looks adorable in pigtails, and i couldn't agree more with what carmen said on her blog.

after reading everyone's blogs, i realized that keeping a friendship together is not easy. well, a close one at least. mike's post made me all depressed. *sigh* so did kate's, although there wasn't anything wrong with it, just... something that popped in my head. anyway, i finally got around to asking mr. lum whether i'm allowed to try out other instruments between now and the end of the school year and he said yes! cuz i really really wanna learn how to play the...euro-something. the baritone. that thing that matthew hoskins play. i love baritone/bass sounds (just ask jon...i stopped driving, just to hear the best bass sound in this classical song i like). unlike Christine, who likes tenors. *ahem...brennan...ahem* yes....anyways, so now i'm really excited. i have no idea how i'm gonna start, but..whatever!

so anyways, i was talking to mike leung today, and he was telling me all this shit about his cousin. what a bastard. argg!!

anyways, i went to buy fabric today for this skirt i'm gonna wear at the spring concert during my solo. it's pretty! oh yea, did i mention i get to do a solo? well i do! yay! i was practising so much today my mom was like "stop playing!" hahah silly mother... and mr. lum said that the person who sells the most spring concert tickets gets a free ticket to the music banquet. so...that's what i'm gonna try to do.

so yeah, i couldn't go see the moive w/ carmen and jordan cuz my stupid violin teacher didn't tell me that times were changed, so i waited for like 20 minutes before i got my lesson. finished at 6:30, and since it take 30 minutes to drive back, i got there at 7. carmen phoned me halfway, and said she was waiting, and i knew (i felt pretty bad...sorry!) but...yeah...the movie was gonna start soon, so she couldn't pick me up. whatever. i was pretty pissed off (not getting to see the movie and hanging out with them, and the stupid time thing). anyways, so i went to the concert anyways. and i'm glad i did cuz it was sooo amazing. i swear, Roger's gonna be so professional in a couple of years and everyone will love him forever and ever! *ahem* anyways, so yeah, since i told my mom that me carmen and jordan were going out for drinks after the concert, and i wasn't anymore, i had nothing to do, and i didn't wanna go home, cuz y'all know how much i hate being home. so we cleaned up all the tech stuff, and i went over to mark's house to hang out. it was fun. i had my yummy dinner of ginger ale and popcorn. lol and then i was waiting at the bus stop with mark to go home, when out of nowhere, my mom showed up! i was thinking "oohhhh shhhiiiittt!!" but i quickly told her that carmen and jordan couldn't make it, (the *mysterious* phone call i got from carmen on the way back) and so i just went to his house to hang for a bit. my mom was like "was he waiting with you for the bus?"
"yes"
"do you have the program?" (because if i didn't have one, that meant i didn't go to the concert)
"yes...in my pocket"
"show me later."
"okay."

*sigh* there was more, but...meh! see, this is why i hate my parents so much. geezes...that's why i need to leave. anywhere! well, at least she believed me. hahhaha oh, i'm good! aaaanyways, so overall today was a pretty good day. lunch was...better than i thought it would be. got to talk to matt about some stuff, and it turned out okay. ermm... i don't think karen's selling a guest ticket anymore. but it's okay. i rather have her there. it's more memorable. um...okay, well i dunno what else to say. i'm so bored. *sigh* saaaave meeee!!
